For over 25 years, he has developed a unique methodology to bridge the gaps between the needs of corporate organizations and the available solutions offered by the insurance world.
Nir always looks for the angle where risk transfer can be done more economically and with higher efficiency. By being involved in his clients’ key corporate decisions, he acquires deep understandings into their strategic and operational risks and accordingly works out tailored innovative solutions that often exceed his client’s expectations.
Nir has forged long-standing business relationships with market leaders from the London, Continental and the US insurance markets, lawyers, auditors and other risk management experts.
Nir is a member of risk societies and participates in conferences and symposia around the world. Nir is an audiophile and into all things aviation (ex military air traffic control and private pilot).

Through her detailed exposure analysis, she acts as an extension of her client’s team to gain a deep understanding of their business which allows her to zero in on their distinctive risks and tailor an appropriate business insurance solution that empowers them to make informed decisions.
She is known to be extremely proficient and meticulous in turning insurance cover abstracts into a policy wording, using her many years of experience in creating bespoke insurance contracts fitted for her clients needs. She goes the extra mile in achieving the broadest form of coverage in any given situations.
By keeping continually abreast of innovation in the insurance market, she brings value to clients, helping them set their insurance strategy, compare bids and recommend best course of action. This has led to substantial savings for her clients and reduced their risk profile.
